Primed for Life is committed to preserving the dignity, humanity and uniqueness of each youth and family unit that we work with on their path towards stability. To achieve this, we will:
- Strive to ensure all of our programs and services are equitable in both access and outcomes regardless of a person's race, ethnicity, faith, culture, language, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, family status or other perceived differences
- Operate with the knowledge that certain underrepresented and low-income communities experience significantly longer processes while going through the Illinois Department of Child and Family Services resulting in disparities in outcomes for these communities
- Pursue effective strategies and devote dedicated time and resources at every level of our organization to be responsive to families and their needs while addressing ever present disparities through high quality culturally competent advocacy
